Standard walk-in rate: $35/hr · No commitment required · Founding rates close when 50 spots are filled
Rate Lock. The founding monthly rate is guaranteed for the life of the membership, provided the membership remains active and in good standing. The rate lock applies solely to the tier selected at founding enrollment and does not transfer to any other tier.
Cancellation & Forfeiture. If a founding member cancels their membership for any reason, the founding rate and all associated founding benefits are permanently forfeited. Rejoining after cancellation will be at the standard rates in effect at the time of re-enrollment. No exceptions will be made.
Tier Upgrades. A founding member may upgrade to a higher membership tier at any time; however, the founding rate lock applies only to the original enrolled tier. The upgraded tier will be billed at the standard rate in effect at the time of upgrade.
Non-Transferability. Founding membership status, rates, and benefits are non-transferable. They may not be gifted, sold, assigned, or shared with any other individual or household.
One Per Person. Founding membership is limited to one enrollment per individual. Duplicate enrollments will be canceled and the founding fee refunded.
Founding Fee. The one-time founding fee is non-refundable once the membership is activated at the time of facility opening. Prior to activation, founding fees are fully refundable upon written request.
Facility Opening. Founding membership enrollment is contingent upon MOTORWERKE successfully opening its Greater St. Louis facility. In the event the facility does not open, all founding fees collected will be refunded in full within 30 days of that determination.
T-Shirt Fulfillment. A MOTORWERKE t-shirt will be fulfilled to founding members prior to or concurrent with facility opening. Fulfillment is estimated and not guaranteed by a specific date. Size availability is subject to inventory.
Good Standing. All founding benefits, including the rate lock, are contingent upon the membership account remaining in good standing. Accounts past due, suspended, or terminated for cause forfeit founding status permanently.
Terms Modifications. MOTORWERKE reserves the right to modify general membership terms and facility policies with 30 days written notice. The founding monthly rate itself will not be subject to increase for members in good standing.
